All you have to remember is not to overdo it as it can damage your skin. You can pamper your skin once a week with this treatment. If you have severe acne and pimples, you can try it twice a week.

Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a good skin exfoliant. It works as an astringent, antiseptic, anti-viral and antifungal aid.

It cleanses deeply through exfoliation of the skin. Also, it stimulates your skin pores, so that the ingredients in the mixture can reach deeper into your skin, and thus, work effectively.

Green Tea

Green tea contains many skin benefits. Its main property is that it aids in getting clear, soft, clear and glowing skin.

Also, it reduces inflammation and sun damage. It contains large amount of polyphenols, which slows down the aging process, thereifre, helping you to maintain a healthy skin.

Turmeric

Turmeric powder contains large amount of natural sulphur, that acts as an antibiotic against skin infections. What can be much better to treat your pimples than a strong natural antibiotic?

Steam Facial for Oily Skin:

Materials:

Cinnamon
Green Tea
Turmeric powder
Water

Directions:
1. Clean your face with a facial cleanser and water.
2. Take about 1/2 litres of water and boil it.
3. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon green tea and 3-4 pieces of cinnamon in boiled water.
4. Mix all these ingredients well. After mixing, the colour of the water will turn yellow because of the turmeric. This means that all the ingredients have blended well.
5. Take a towel and cover your head, so the steam can not go out. Remember that the water should not be too hot or it can cause damage to your skin. Do this process for about 8-10 minutes.
