How to Use Lemon and Garlic to Strengthen Your Nails

It is important to take care of nails. Therefore, you should use lemon and garlic because the nutrients present, are beneficial for the health of your nails.

Materials:

2-3 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 vitamin E capsule
1 bottle Clear nail polish

Preparation:
1. Take 2-3 garlic cloves, and crush to make a paste.
2. Cut the lemon and squeeze a few drops into the crushed garlic.
3. Cut the vitamin E capsule, then take the oil from it. Add the oil into the lemon juice and crushed garlic.
4. Combine all the ingredients well.
5. Leave the mixture for approximately 15-20 minutes.
6. After 20 minutes, add the clear nail polish into the mixture, then stir well.
7. Store in a container.

How to Apply to Your Nails?

1. Remove any nail polish.
2. Clean your nails using soap.
3. Apply a layer of this garlic-lemon mixture on your nails using a brush.
4. Make sure that the nail is covered with this hardener.
5. Leave the mixture on your nails for approximately 3 days, and do not wash it off.
6. After 3 days, remove the hardener and let your nails rest for a day or so.
7. Re-apply the mixture on your nails, then keep on repeating this regularly for strengthening your weak nails.
