How to Unclog Pores Using This 3-Step Beauty Regimen

3-Step Regimen to Unclog Pores:

1. Cleanse Using Water Twice Daily

You should cleanse your face at least twice daily. In the morning and before you go to bed at night.

2. Moisturize Using Aloe Vera Gel After Cleansing

Aloe vera gel is a great moisturizer. Aloe vera is naturally anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and is also a fantastic oil-free moisturizer.

It softens debris and sebum, which gives way to a squeaky-clean feeling. Also, it is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, which is the perfect exfoliator for someone with clogged pores.

Baking Soda Exfoliator Recipe:

1 Tablespoon Baking soda
Few drops Water
1 Vitamin E, Soft Liquid Gel Pill (optional)
(You may add a 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil. If you are pregnant, avoid this step or better to talk to your physician first.)

Directions:
1. Cleanse your face using warm water and soap.
2. Make a paste using a small glass bowl by mixing a few drops of water, 1 Tablespoon baking soda, and the vitamin E pill. (Puncture a small hole using a needle or fork, and squeeze oil into the mixture.
3. Once the paste has a nice consistency which is not too thick or too runny, yo can then apply to your damp face.
4. Rub using small circular motions over your cheeks, forehead, chin, nose crevices, and even the lips.But, avoid the eye area.
5. Gently exfoliate for at least 2-3 minutes, then rise using warm water, or until there is no granulation on your face.
6. Pat face dry using a clean towel.
7. Tone your skin immediately after the treatment in order to close your pores.

Your skin will never felt as clean as it does after exfoliating using baking soda. You skin will feel cleansed, polished, and, most importantly, free of gunk!
